In the first few verses, what are some clues that the historian Luke is trying to be painfully
accurate with his political and historical facts? (Luke 2)

How did Joseph respond to his brothers? How did he say he would treat them? (Genesis 50)

What is meant by the illustration of the leaven and the lump? (1 Corinthians 5)

Who actually ended up raising Moses after Pharaoh’s daughter found him in the Nile? (Exodus 2)

How long are man and woman bound in marriage? Give other passages teaching this. (1 Corinthians 7)

In what ways does Jesus respond to the centurion’s faith in him? How are the different people
in this account affected by Jesus’ response? (Luke 7)
