Questions to consider:
What happened to the sheep in Jesus’ first parable? What did the shepherd do about it? (Luke 15)
God calls Israel to dedicate to him that which he has just delivered—the whole nation, not just the firstborn of man and beast. What plan does God have for perpetuating this ordinance (Exodus 13:8-10, 14-15)
What emotions and motives characterized Paul as he wrote? (2 Corinthians 2)
What kind of man was the judge in the parable? What request did the widow make? (Luke 18)
Give examples from the Bible or from modern religion in which people handle the word craftily or deceitfully. (2 Corinthians 4)
Reflect on how Moses summarized the day. What did he do, what did he emphasize, and why? (Exodus 17:15-16).
